Continuing their ongoing creative dialogue, Daiki Suzuki collaborated with artist Manabu “Gaku” Inada to develop a series of thematic graphics that anchor the season’s narrative.
The collection features a signature graffiti print, custom-applied to quintessential EG fabrics: Khaki Flat Twill, Olive Ripstop, and Indigo 8oz Denim. Seeking a multifaceted "style twist," Gaku wove together references to the American Industrial Revolution, Modern Art, and New York City’s urban pulse—with a surprising nod to surf culture.
The typography itself acts as a historical archive, sampling the brand’s motto, "Not Designed But Engineered," alongside fragments sourced from Bauhaus literature and vintage industrial machine manuals.

The artwork was digitally printed onto durable ripstop fabric, allowing the intricate graphic details to merge seamlessly with the fabric’s distinct grid texture.

The original print was meticulously hand-carved from a rubber block, capturing the organic irregularities and tactile depth that only manual craftsmanship can provide.
To create the final textile pattern, the hand-carved prints were scanned and meticulously digitized, preserving the raw texture of the original carvings while expanding them into a versatile digital composition.
