Some are swept away, some struggle and head towards the waves.
Still, this big swell never stops.

"City No End" is an ongoing series by Brooklyn-based artist Manabu Gaku Inada.
In this body of work, Gaku seamlessly integrates surrealist elements into the fabric of everyday reality, imbuing familiar landscapes with a subtle sense of the imaginary. This juxtaposition—the ordinary meets the otherworldly—has become the hallmark of his artistic language. This exhibition marks a significant milestone in the series, showcasing the artist’s first large-scale assemblage and collage works, where the city’s infinite layers are physically and conceptually reconstructed.

Presenting "City No End" in this neighborhood, renowned for its legacy of craftsmanship and industrial grit, provided a fitting architectural context for Gaku’s urban-inspired assemblages.
