I filmed the skateboard scene the day after the lookbook shoot and created a basic storyboard for it the day before. One challenge we faced was that the model and skater were wearing sample garments scheduled to be shipped to Japan the next day for a trade show. As a result, we needed to ensure that the clothing was not damaged or dirty. Although the skaters and I wanted to perform more aggressive tricks, we adopted a more casual cruising style to better match the film's overall tone.
